We base our collections on 5 pillars as a way to contribute our grain of sand to different causes such as climate change and fight against fast fashion. We are convinced that it is possible to produce in a more conscious way than we know so far, and always at an affordable final price for you.

“CDC recommends wearing cloth face coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain (e.g., grocery stores and pharmacies), especially in areas of significant community-based transmission.

CDC also advises the use of simple cloth face coverings to slow the spread of the virus and help people who may have the virus and do not know it from transmitting it to others.  Cloth face coverings fashioned from household items or made at home from common materials at low cost can be used as an additional, voluntary public health measure.

Cloth face coverings should not be placed on young children under age 2, anyone who has trouble breathing, or is unconscious, incapacitated or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance.

The cloth face coverings recommended are not surgical masks or N-95 respirators.  Those are critical supplies that must continue to be reserved for healthcare workers and other medical first responders, as recommended by current CDC guidance”.

Accordingly , Wrap! is not intended to be used as medical-grade face mask or as a replacement for N95 respirator as effective measures to prevent disease, illness, or spread of viruses.

1) fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face

2) be secured with ties or ear loops

3) include multiple layers of fabric

4) allow for breathing without restriction

5) be able to be laundered and machine dried without damage or change to shape.

A Face Mask Bandana should be worn whenever people are in a community setting, especially in situations where you may be near people. These settings include grocery stores and pharmacies. These face coverings are not a substitute for social distancing. Face Mask Bandanas are especially important to wear in public in areas of widespread COVID-19 illness.

Individuals should be careful not to touch their eyes, nose, and mouth when removing their Face Mask Bandana and wash hands immediately after removing.

A washing machine should suffice in properly washing a Face Mask Bandana.

Fit can be a bit difficult to determine, as it is usually your personal preference. If you are always between sizes, we normally suggest to size up if you prefer a looser fit or down in case you prefer a tighter fit. You can also reference the size chart located on each product page for more specifics or our suggestions on each product description.

Our fight is to democratize sustainable clothing, which means to offer garments that are good both for you and for our planet at an accessible price. We also work with few quantities of each design as we truly believe we can beat fast fashion. These are the reasons why you will probably see many of our products as out of stock.

WARRANTY

We offer a one year warranty on our products.

Please contact us to support@wildlama.com so that we can get it fixed immediately.

Our gear is guaranteed against manufacturer’s defects for one year from the date of purchase. Products will be replaced at our discretion.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

We put all of our efforts to shipping your product in the highest possible standards. Your order goes through a rigorous process to make sure you won't regret your purchase. 

30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We love our products, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase don't worry! You can return your products for a full refund for up to 30 days from the date you received them. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If your Wrap! arrives with any flaw, please contact us for support at support@wildlama.com so that we can immediately send you a brand new one in replacement.
